In my first 3 months on Etsy I only made 3 sales.
Ouch!
I was testing, tweaking and trying everything I could think of to get sales.
In my 4th month on Etsy it all came together and my shop exploded.
In months 4-7 I made $12,927.72.
Who else wants to make sales like that… BUT in your FIRST 3 months?
My sales exploded because I finally had my shop 100% correctly set up, I just wish it hadn’t taken me 3 months.

A few years ago I stumbled across Etsy and thought it was such a fantastic place for people to buy handmade, weird, unique items. I wasn’t happy with my job at the time and with a little help from my brother I decided to start selling decals on Etsy.
Not long after my sister was having a baby so I decided to make a really cool nursery decal for her new baby. Funnily enough I published the decal as an item for sale on my shop and people really liked it.
Well a few years later and my shop has been almost completely taken over by nursery wall decals. I guess maybe I’m still a kid at heart.
It was a slow going process to get some momentum, and in the first 3 months the shop received only 3 sales total!
After about 3 months of painful waiting, testing and trying, the shop finally took off. Sales started to pour in, 5 star reviews started to stack up, and the shop has grown to be in the top 1% of all shops on Etsy out of 1,500,000.
Since then I started an Amazon store, several more Etsy shops.
My sisters and a few friends started to ask questions about how they could start their own shops, so I decided to share with them my formulas and fill in the blank templates that I used every day to create new successful listings.
Their shops took off a lot more quickly than mine did and some of them have even gone on to do WAY better than even I have on Etsy. They tease me that I'm too good a teacher haha.
I hope you will find my many tips and advice helpful and I look forward to hearing about your Etsy success too!

At the time of writing this my shop has over 6,172 sales.
This puts my shop in the top 1% of all Etsy shops based on the quantity of orders.
Although there are many shops that have a lot more orders than even I do, there are very few shops that have as many orders as I do at the price point I sell at.
Most large shops sell supplies at a much lower price point of about $10 per order.
My average order is $70+, this has allowed me to have high profit margins for my shop.
I have also received over 985 reviews with a 5 star average.
